Slide Bricks Hidden Combos and Tips
Pro-Level Advice
- Scan every open row before you commit a shape, not just the one that looks closest to finished. Sometimes the messier-looking row is one drag away from clearing.
- Try stacking odd-shaped bricks along the edges first. Corners fill up faster than you'd think, and leaving them open too long tends to box you in later.
- Don't chase a single big clear when two smaller ones are sitting right there. Grabbing the easy points keeps your board breathing room.
- Watch for the moment a shape almost fits but leaves a one-block gap. That gap usually gets filled a turn or two later if you plan the next piece around it.
- When the grid starts feeling cramped, slow down. Rushed drops are where most avoidable pile-ups happen.
Control Scheme
- Click and hold a brick with the mouse to pick it up.
- Slide it left or right, then guide it into the row or column you want.
- Release to drop the block into place, locking it wherever it lands.
- No keyboard needed at all. Everything runs off simple mouse dragging, which keeps the pace casual even when the board gets crowded.
Highlights
- Straightforward line-clearing puzzle built around dragging brick shapes into tight spots.
- Clean visual feedback, like little burst effects, when a completed line disappears.
- Logic-driven pacing that rewards patience over quick reflexes.
- Single-player format, so there's no pressure from anyone else's clock.
- A scoring system that ticks up line by line, which makes it easy to just squeeze in "one more round" before closing the tab.
